There is a beautiful quote I recently read.

“We spend a lot of time solving problems, when we should be spending more time finding solutions.”

Many of us consider ourselves problem solvers.    We see a problem and go into problem-solving mode.  That is an excellent competence to have,    but on many occasions

1- the problem is not for us to solve alone.

2- the problem is not ours to solve

3- the problem cannot be solved now

Antioxidants such as vitamin C, cleanses your cialis fast delivery blood from the consumed food. Most of them are included cialis 40 mg in the websites navigation and do not look at all natural, clearly against Google's and Matt Cutts recommendations. Most of the men in the age group of 60 to 80 years are unable to either get the erection unica-web.com viagra online buy or hold the erection for the complete love act.

Take the events that are happening in the world right now.  From Covid-19 to racial inequality.   Those two problems fall in the categories above, so what can we do about them?

First, we need to understand what we can control and what we cannot.  And then take action in the realm of our possibilities.

For me, the biggest worry in my mind, which is affecting my family, is the issue of black lives matter.  I am married to an African American woman; we are raising two kids that cannot hide the color of their skin.  Thus this issue worries me a lot.

I am picking two items, within the realm of my own possibilities.

A) Educate and raise two kids that are kind, resilient, and confident.   (I should be doing this anyway, but I want to focus on the issues that they will most likely face sooner or later because of the color of their skin)

B) In my line of work,  I talk to many business leaders. I have decided to provide a safe space for them to talk about this issue.   Not to change their minds, not to insert my opinion, but to understand and start a conversation.

Those two items are my commitments, and I am doing my part to solve the problem that is OURS to solve.

What are you doing to do your part?
